How do I know if a service is down for everyone, not just me?
Find the service using the search at the top of the page. We check it from a server in Moscow every 5 minutes and show user reports for the hour and day. If checks are successful and reports are no higher than usual, the issue is likely with your connection — you can check this from your device directly on the service page.
Where does the data come from?
From three sources. First — our checks: a server in Moscow opens 85 services every 5 minutes. Second — visitor reports: complaints and checks from their devices, with provider and region by IP address. Third — information about access restrictions in Russia from news and official reports.
Why does it work for my neighbor but not for me?
Most often, it's the provider: an outage might affect one provider while everything works for others. On the service page, you can see which providers are receiving reports. Sometimes, the router, DNS settings, or an outdated app version are to blame.
Is this the official website for services?
No. Comfort is an independent tracker: we are not affiliated with the services we check and provide an overview for reference, not their official position.
