In short: use it freely, don't bother others, and remember that our data is a guide, not a guarantee.
Data — for guidance
We show what our checks from Moscow see and what visitors report. This helps understand where the problem is, but does not replace official messages from the services and providers themselves. Your experience may differ: a different provider, a different region, a different device.
We are not affiliated with the listed services, do not represent them, and are not responsible for their operation. Service names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only for recognition.
Fair reports
Report an outage only if it genuinely affects you. Mass reports by programs, from unfamiliar addresses, or intended to distort the picture for a specific service will be filtered out and not counted.
Tools and monitoring
Check your websites and websites you need for work. The tools only open regular internet addresses — ports 80 and 443, without internal networks. Do not use them to overload other websites: there are frequency limits for this, and requests will be rejected if exceeded.
Monitoring — up to 10 websites per account. We may suspend a monitor if the address behaves like a check trap or is used for harm.
Open API
The API is free and works without a key. A reasonable pace is no more than once per minute: data is updated every 5 minutes anyway. If you display our data on your site, include a link to comfort.stream nearby. If there are too many requests from a single address, we may limit them.
Account
One person — one account; the email must be yours. Protect your password: if someone unauthorized logs in, end all sessions in your personal account and change your password. We may close an account used for abuse.
You can delete your account at any time in your personal account. What is erased in the process is described on the privacy page.
Articles and texts
We write articles to help, but technology and services change quickly. Verify important steps with official instructions, and change settings at your own risk. You may quote with an active link to the source page.
Liability
The site operates 'as is'. We strive for uninterrupted checks and accurate data, but we do not promise this and are not responsible for decisions made based on our data, or for losses from site downtime.
Changes
Rules may change — the current version is always on this page, the update date is at the top. By continuing to use the site, you agree to the current rules.
Comments
Write on topic and respect others. We do not publish links, advertisements, insults, private data of others, or anything that violates the law. Comments appear after review, and we may refuse publication without explanation.
